By creating an account, accessing, uploading content to, buying coins on, gifting creators through, requesting payouts from, or using MuzikiAfrika, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform.

Listeners must meet the minimum age required by applicable law. If under 18, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Creators, artists, DJs, uploaders, and payout users must be 18 years or older and provide accurate account and payout information.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. MuzikiAfrika may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Verification may be required before uploading content or requesting payouts. By applying, you confirm you are 18+, your identity info is true, and your payout details are accurate. False information may lead to permanent bans or legal action.

You are fully responsible for all content you upload. You confirm that you own the content or have full permission from the rightful owner, and that your upload does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other third-party rights.

By uploading content, you grant MuzikiAfrika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, stream, and promote your content inside the platform. This does not make MuzikiAfrika the owner of your content.

MuzikiAfrika does not pay royalties for uploaded content. By uploading content, you clearly agree that no royalty is owed to you because your content is uploaded, approved, hosted, streamed, played, or discovered on the platform.

Gifting is voluntary. Users choose whether to gift a creator using coins. MuzikiAfrika does not force gifting. Where a user gifts a creator, MuzikiAfrika may credit the creator with a Creator Gift Commission balance. This is a platform commission linked to voluntary gifting, not a royalty, salary, or revenue share for copyright use.

Coin purchases are for use inside MuzikiAfrika only. Coins are not cash, not a bank balance, and not refundable after successful use. They only create creator commission where a valid gift action is confirmed.

Creators may request withdrawal of approved Creator Gift Commission balance subject to account approval, minimum withdrawal amounts, and fraud checks. You are responsible for providing the correct payout number.

You must not upload stolen, pirated, or infringing content; impersonate others; commit fraud; manipulate platform systems; or upload illegal, hateful, or harmful material. MuzikiAfrika will take action against violators.

MuzikiAfrika is not responsible for illegal or infringing content uploaded by users. Uploaders accept full legal responsibility. MuzikiAfrika does not guarantee earnings, streams, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

MuzikiAfrika may remove, hide, restrict, or delete content at any time if it violates these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law. Actions may include warnings, payout suspension, gift commission reversal, or permanent bans.

Users agree to comply with Kenyan law. Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share their content. MuzikiAfrika may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MuzikiAfrika, you agree to the collection and use of data as described therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled under Kenyan legal jurisdiction.
