    Phone number, username/name, login credentials (securely stored), profile picture (optional)

  • 2. Artist Verification (Artists only)

    Government-issued ID type/number and verification documents/images

  • 3. Music Upload & Rights

    Audio files, cover art, song metadata, ownership/copyright documents

  • 4. Payments & Earnings

    Earnings balances, purchase history, payout records and details (e.g., M-Pesa number and transaction references)

  • 5. App & Device Data

    Device info (model/OS), app events, logs, crash reports, performance data

  • 6. Support & Moderation

    Complaints, reports, messages, and evidence you submit

B. Why We Collect It

  • To create accounts and provide streaming features
  • To verify Artist identity and prevent impersonation/fraud
  • To review content ownership and respond to claims
  • To manage earnings and payouts
  • To keep the Platform secure and prevent illegal activity
  • To comply with Kenyan law and lawful enforcement requests

C. Sharing of Data

No data will be shared with outside parties or third parties except where required by law under Kenyan legal process (including lawful requests, court orders, or statutory obligations).

D. Storage & Protection

  • Data is stored securely with restricted access.
  • Verification documents are access-limited to authorized staff/processes.

E. Retention

  • Data is retained only as long as needed for operations, legal compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention.
  • You may request deletion where applicable (subject to legal retention requirements).

F. Your Control

  • You can update certain profile details inside the app.
